These last two months have quite busy for us, as H has had her assessment to enter a private primary school. We were nervous about the assessment. But H herself enjoyed the process and thought of it as a day in primary school. She was excited about it and had fun doing it.

So there you go, what made the parents nervous was actually fun for the child!

And she got accepted at the school. Yeaay!!! Well done H!

H has started to able to read simple words for a while now. We have been trying to encourage her to write with no enthusiasm on her side.

However, inspired by her K2 teacher, I have asked her to write a diary. Everynight she draws what she did during daytime and write simple words to explain the drawings. A week has passed and both words and sentences are getting longer.

Ever since the previous blog service I used decided to shut down its blogging service, I have been wondering whether I should start a new blog for the kids. The dilemma being me not writing in a long, long time. Even before the blog service was shut down.
